Mr. Bishan K. Chaudhary

Mr. Bishan K Chaudhary, has over 9 years experience in the hedge fund and investment banking industry. Prior to founding BK Capital Advisor, he has worked as an Investment Banker for top Wall Street Financial Firms, where his responsibilities included managing initial public offerings, private placements, mergers and acquisitions, private equity and strategic investments. Mr. Bishan led the direct investment strategy deal team and handled a diverse portfolio of debt and equity investments in  private and publicly traded companies. He was responsible for managing a team of analysts which presided over 50+ portfolio companies in sectors such as clean-tech, energy, metal & mining, industrials, utilities, healthcare, biotechnology, and consumer discretionary. Away from Wall Street, Bishan has also worked in the Energy sector, having served as a Consultant for Reliance Energy Ltd and ABB India Ltd., India's top Energy Companies. During his various assignments, Bishan has had extensive experience both in the United States and globally, having worked with clients in such countries as USA, India, Canada, South America, Australia, UK and Middle East.

Mr. Bishan holds an MBA from Oklahoma State University and a Masters of Science in Quantitative Finance also from Oklahoma State University and attended various training programs. He holds Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering and also Bachelors of Science in Biology.He had held Series 7, 63 FINRA licenses.

Peter Lusk Jr.

Peter Lusk, Jr. has over 15 years experience in the hedge fund and alternative investment industry. Mr. Lusk brings 13 years of portfolio and risk management experience using derivatives and hedging techniques, that have produced accounts with superior risk reward profiles. He has held positions at several investment firms including Forstmann Leff Associateswhere he implemented Barra’s risk software and produced risk reporting for the portfolio managers and senior management.Mr. Lusk was a principal and head of project management at Lync Consulting, the leading investment systems integrator for the asset management and hedge fund community. Peter founded Eco-vest Advisors LLC, which developed and traded investment strategies using quantitative fundamental, macro-economic and non-financial (corporate governance and environmental risk factors) data. From 1995 -1997, Peter work with the Bressert Investment Group, which developed award-winning technical analysis indicators and automated trading systems in the futures and commodities markets. Mr. Lusk holds an MBA from Columbia University and a Masters of Architecture from Tulane University and attended the REFFCO derivatives training program. He has held Series 7, 3, 63, and 65 licenses.
